[VOTE Result] Release ActiveMQ-CPP 2.2.2

The vote has been out for about four days now and with my +1, the totals
are:

+1: 4
-1: 0

So we will proceed with the release of ActiveMQ-CPP 2.2.2!  I will start
updating the download links shortly.
