Apache Camel has also been voted as a TPL project at Apache. We are in the middle of an infrastructure transition period, so it will take a few more weeks until the Apache Camel (probably 1.6 not 1.5.1) will be out. If your application is mission critical, a good bet is to follow Claus' suggestion and check out fusesource.com.

Hi

If you are looking for a stable release cycle of Apache Camel then
check out www.fusesource.com for the FUSE Mediation Router.
It has a stable and sound release cycle, minumum once per month. A new
release is due next week - usually release mid monthly.

Hi!
Do you have a date for when the next version (1.5.1 or 1.6) will be
released? We're using Camel in a rather big project on a system that affects around 1 million customers, and we are eagerly waiting for some of the fixes
in the next version.

There are 57 issues fixed on the 1.5.1 branch so far and a few more
coming in the following couple of weeks.

I'd suggest releasing a 1.5.1 before the end of the month. What do
you think?
