In order to be able to use ActiveMQ 5.3-SNAPSHOT inside an OSGi container (e.g.
ServiceMix Kernel), two modifications are required:
- the org.apache.maven.* packages should be marked as optional imports from
activemq-core
- kahadb needs to be packaged as an OSGi bundle
