Changing DispatchContext.close() to take a boolean sync parameter allowing for
a more controlled shutdown. Now the MockBrokerTest shuts down services betore
the dispatch pool. Also changed RemoteProducers input resume threshold to 500
to reduce the number of flow control message sent. Finally, changed
FlowController not to set the thread name when executing.
