Automated builds not completing???

The geronimo trunk build currently depends on the activemq 5.3- 
SNAPSHOT builds.  The last few days our builds have started failing  
because some activemq artifacts have disappeared from the apache  
snapshot repo.  So far I've seen activemq-web-console (which I build  
and deployed by hand) and activemq-xmpp.

What actually builds these?  Is this documented anywhere?  Is there  
any feedback if something goes wrong?  Anyone thought of using the  
apache hudson instance?
