for the release of ActiveMQ-CPP v2.2.6 RC2. This is yet another bug fix release
in the 2.x line. This release address several issues with encoding / decoding C++
strings to Java's Modified UTF-8 format as well the RC2 package fixes some issues
with the threading code and makes further fixes in the build files.
