Currently the NMS.ActiveMQ client only supports up to OpenWire v2. The latest
version is v5 which will ship in AMQ 5.3.
The client should be updated to support the newer openwire versions so that new
features can be added like support for the ProducerAck Command used in Producer
Flow control.
