Am working on getting the activemq-xmpp transport to work as a simple XMPP
server so I can unit test the camel-xmpp component. While multi-user chat
worked great my direct chat tests would fail. So I've implemented this
functionality in activemq-xmpp and a bunch of tests for it as well. Also
updated the xmpp schema files and added one though there weren't many changes.
