I actually looked at the failover transport.  Looks like we need to give the 
backup broker uris in case of failure.  But if I don't want to provide 
alternate uris and just looking at a single broker, say my activemq server dies 
for some reason and I restarted it, the message log should then be picked so 
that there are no event loss.
