Resolution: Fixed
Added the CreateBrowser methods to the ISession interface and create a new
interface IQueueBrowser.
Updated NMS.ActiveMQ to throw NotSupportedException for the CreateBrowser
methods until we actually implement this functionality (now accepting
QueueBrowser implementation Patches).
