Added a partial implementation for QueueBrowser to the EMS provider. The only
thing that needs to be added for it is an adapter for the GetEnumerator()
implementation of IQueueBrowser. See comments in the code for more info.
Added a stubbed implementation for QueueBrowser to the MSMQ provider. All
modules compile again.
