The class MessageDatabase.java now has the indexCacheSize but it still isn't
configurable through the <kahaDB> config element in activemq.xml as shown in
http://activemq.apache.org/kahadb.html, because the KahaDBPersistenceAdapter
class does not know about this property.
The property needs to be added to KahaDBPersistenceAdapter as well in order to
be configurable.
