async=false is ignored in 5.3 (used to work as expected in 5.1). You can
easily see the difference by switching on DEBUG logging for org.apache.activemq
and sending and receiving a few messages with brokerUrl
{{vm://localhost?async=false}}. With 5.1 all the logs come out on the same
thread, but in 5.3 there is a {{Queue://<queueName>}} thread.
