With the introduction of the new NMS.Stomp provider, the NMS.ActiveMQ provider
should no longer redundantly support the Stomp wire format. This wire format
should be exclusively provided in one place by the NMS.Stomp provider.
Remove the Stomp wireformat implementation files from the NMS.ActiveMQ provider.
