Gary, will your patch (I can't see it yet) allow me to JNDI lookup 
"XAConnectionFactory"  ?  That may be all I have available in webMethods "JNDI 
Provider Alias" settings.  I guess I can try to lookup connection.MyConnection 
or something along those lines.
