After reading through ActiveMQ in Action and talking with bsnyder It appears
that
http://activemq.apache.org/connection-configuration-uri.html
and
http://activemq.apache.org/version-5-performance-tuning.html
have the wrongdefinition for alwaysSessionAsync.
They say that by setting it to true a separate thread would NOT be used but the
OPPOSITE is true.
