Support cometd as a protocol

I'm not sure if cometd maps to JMS well but it would be very interesting to
suppport cometd as a protocol along with stomp, xmpp, rest, etc. I know
websockets are being worked on for 5.4 and this would be awesome to add. I'm
aware of the existing servlet that ships with activemq and with the more recent
demo code using jetty that is hosted over at fuse but it would be nicer to see
this rolled into the broker as a first class citizen.
I'm opening this to see if there is any traction for this and, in the off
chance that I have time, I might look into trying my hand at this.
