Description:
Dequeue Counter is not decrementing for the messages sent to "topic". Will this
create memory issues??
I used a Java client to publish 40 messages to a topic using single publisher.
Subscriber en-queued all the 40 messages but the dequeue counter did not
dequeue completely.
