Network of Brokers: NIO-Transport: Members die after some hours

i have a network of brokers configured with four nodes where each node knows
the other three nodes through the networkConnector config. two of these four
nodes are currently down/unavailable. the other two nodes are working for about
four hours then they die. in the log file i see a lot of entries like this one:
