Resolution: Fixed
Fixed with svn revision 964087 by including patched JettisonMappedXmlDriver
from XStream. Hopefully XStream 1.3.2 release
(http://old.nabble.com/XStream-1.3.2-plans-td29163763.html) will include it
(http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/XSTR-625), so we can remove it from the
ActiveMQ codebase.
