bin/activemq script has reference to missing command
Standard PATH for Solaris is /bin:/usr/bin and these folders do not contain
'whoami' this is located in /usr/ucb/bin which is rarely set in PATH
I recommend use of $LOGNAME instead or detection of whoami location
