The author of a camel-jmx component has agreed to donate the code to Apache.
Needed a little clean up and better test coverage so I'm writing some of that
now. When ready what's the process? Should I prep the code so we can drop it in
the build first or should he just tar up the code and submit it then we port it
into the camel build and package tree?
