ActiveMQBlobMessage should remove the payload file once transaction was
committed or the ACK was send

At the moment even if you use Transactions the Payload file of a
ActiveMQBlobMessage will not deleted when you commit the transaction. You need
todo this by yourself. It would be more clean if it could be done automaticly
