Please allow the org.apache.activemq.store.journal.JournalPersistenceAdapter
checkpointInterval to be configurable. Per a prior ticket
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-318), this property was exposed, but
in AMQ 5.3.2 and 5.4.1, this property is no longer configurable. If I could
have re-opened that ticket, I would have, so it currently remains closed.
