updateURIsSupported option on Failover transport should be documented

There is an option, updateURIsSupported, on the Failover Transport which tells
the client not to update its list of broker URIs. It's currently undocumented,
but has been useful for a least a couple of users, see AMQ-2632 and
http://activemq.2283324.n4.nabble.com/Problems-with-Store-and-Forward-network-and-Failover-transport-td3077313.html.
Here's some suggested text (this would go in the table under Transport Options):
updateURIsSupported, default: true. Description: Whether the client should
accept updates to its list of URIs from the broker.
