Create a "Special Thanks" link on the sidebar

Consider the "Special Thanks" sidebar and web page of Apache CXF:
http://cxf.apache.org/special-thanks.html.
A similar link/page on the AMQ site would provide a nice place for providing
special thanks, where appropriate.
More so, it's, IMHO, a better spot to recognize "Graphic Design By Hiram" as
opposed to the bottom of every web page of the general AMQ site and web
consoles.
So, my second recommendation is to removed the "Graphic Design By Hiram" links
on the bottom of each page, reclaiming some real estate, and appropriately
recognizing Hiram on the new Special Thanks page for his great work and
contributions.
