Add XPath 2.0 support to ActiveMQ

Recommendation: Add pluggable XPath 2.0 (e.g. for Saxon) support to ActiveMQ.
Also consider including Xalan 2.7.1 to the optional libs folder... if there is
space for it.
Also consider testing with Xalan 2.7.1 versus Xalan 2.6.0.
