append a new patch(AMQ-3247-new.patch), from this patch we get a chance to set
DEFAULT_JMX_URL/jmxUser/jmxPassword from system properties, which enable us
configure those default value in ESB container, but still not change current
logic in activemq-console.
Can someone review this patch?
