Implemented with svn revision 1148289
You can set two properties on the broker service (or <broker> tag):
- offlineDurableSubscriberTimeout - amount of time (in milliseconds) we which
we remove inactive durable subs. Default -1, which means don't remove them
- offlineDurableSubscriberTaskSchedule - how often we check (in milliseconds).
By default it's 300000 (or 5 min)
