I don't think this would be a valid thing to do as you can't guarantee that the 
client actually consumed the payload, or that other client's such as durable 
consumers or simply topic subscribers might not also want the payload.  
Arbitrarily deleting the payload could lead to all sorts of other issues for 
some users.
