Allow the base network consumer priority to be configured on a networkConnector
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: AMQ-3558
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-3558
Project: ActiveMQ
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Broker
Affects Versions: 5.5.1, 5.5.0
Reporter: Gary Tully
Assignee: Gary Tully
Fix For: 5.6.0
decreaseNetworkConsumerPriority allows the priority to be decreased based on
the number of hops a consumer is from the target. The base priority is always
-5. It is not possible to configure one bridge to have lower priority than
another and this would be nice in the case of lan/wan traffic. Giving priority
to the lan by setting a low priority base for the wan networkConnector.
Adding a new networkConnector {{consumerPriorityBase}} attribute with default
-5 will resolve this. Set it to any value lower than -5 and enable
decreaseNetworkConsumerPriority to give all consumers on that network lower
priority.
