Provide a means of enabling HTTP compression using GZip for data sent and
received over the HTTP and HTTPS transports. The is separate functionality
form the Message level compression that can be used to compress only the
Message body when configuring ActiveMQConnectionFactory.setUseCompression.
The Http transport level compression would be enabled via a URI option such as:
