Active MQ Broker stops sending messages after ~20 transaction

Server.with MYSQL 5.1 Server for persistence

Active MQ Broker stops sending messages after ~20 transaction. When we restart
broker it again work for some time for ~ 20-30 messages and stop sending.
We have Queue on that Message Driven Beans are configures and listening. We
are using same configuration from 12 Months and it was working fine. Currently
we are having this issue.
