Allow setting the variables like
ACTIVEMQ_CONFIG_DIR
ACTIVEMQ_USER
ACTIVEMQ_KILL_MAXSECONDS
ACTIVEMQ_QUEUEMANAGERURL
trough environment. Additionally if ACTIVEMQ_USER is used, data directory
should be created with an appropriate credentials
