WebSphere 8 includes values other than Strings in the Hashtable provided to
configure the external initial context factory when setting up a Generic JMS
Provider.
The org.apache.activemq.jndi.AcuityActiveMQWASInitialContextFactory class does
not anticipate non-string values in the Hashtable and throws a
ClassCastException.
