We currently on provide a 32bit service wrapper for ActiveMQ on windows. Using
the build of the wrapper.dll that's been added to Karaf
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-1010) we can now supply a 64bit
version as well as its built from the JSW 3.2.3 source.
