When our QA was testing our system that employs ActiveMQ, he has the broker
running on a server with name ending with a dash: "WinSvr1-". With this server
name, the JMS receiver encounters the following JMS exception when connecting
to the Broker:
javax.jms.JMSException: Could not connect to broker URL:
tcp://WinSvr1-:61616?soTimeout=1000&connectionTimeout=1000. Reason:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: port out of range:-1
