It would be nice to have documentation added to the
http://activemq.apache.org/slow-consumer-handling.html doc describing how the
abortSlowConsumerStrategy can be added to a destination policy as this is
mentioned in the Per-Destination-Policy doc
(http://activemq.apache.org/per-destination-policies.html) and the design
documents (http://activemq.apache.org/slow-consumers.html). This
abortSlowConsumerStrategy configuration was added as a result of
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-378.
