TypeConverionsSupport does conversions for primitive wrappers and as of
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-4180) it does conversions for
HawtBuf's UTF8Buffer. The HawtBuf library should be moved out from /extra and
into the /lib for the distribution.
