So in the case of temp destinations, if a producer produces to the temporary
destination, and the messages don't get consumed right away, but the temp dest
goes away, the ProducerBrokerExchange in the TransportConnection for the
producer's connection will still hold the reference to the destination which
will keep it from being GCd properly.
