The factory class does not allow one to pass a keystore or truststore file name
that is not a properly formatted URL string or is located within the classpath.
The problem is that the getUrlOrResourceAsStream method does not take into
account a regular file name.
The patch includes a fix that provides that ability without removing the
ability to pass a valid URL string or having the store be located within the
client classpath.
