Crash occurs in freeing Thread if the original creation of the thread failed.
Since it is rare that a thread creation fails this probally isn't a big deal:
Conditions:
- call throws CMSException with message "Failed to create new Thread."
- When freeing the allocated cms::Connection object, it looks like it is
trying to join the thread that it failed to create.
