On startup KahaDB should log a warning to inform that it found prepared XA
transactions that weren't committed or rolled back before ActiveMQ stopped.
These may need to be rolled back manually so its good to log their presence as
it can lead to confusion otherwise since these could affect things like
reported queue size etc.
