No it isn't. It seems that topic isn't taken very serious. We are currently
running a custom build with the allDTCImprovments.patch
(https://github.com/NServiceBus/NServiceBus/tree/develop/lib/Apache.NMS-CustomBuild).
Without that DTC support is broken.
