Hi Torsten,

It's not the same. AMQ-4356 had to do with true durable subscribers not able to
subscribe completely from a virtual topic. This issue I opened as a result of a
discussion Scott England-Sullivan and I had about subscribing to a queue which
backs the virtual topic, and then not ever being able to unsubscribe from it,
ie, there is no good way for the subscriber to announce to the broker "don't
keep this subscription around anymore" since it's queue based...

> Virtual Topics allow us to do things with pub/sub that we cannot otherwise do
> with JMS 1.1 spec. However, with durable subs we can "unsubscribe" a consumer
> telling the broker we are no longer interested in messages. If we just stop
> consuming, the queues can fill up.
> With the queue-based impl of VT, we have to wait for the queue to be empty to
> delete it... to do that reliably, the producer would have to stop producing?
> And/or we have to use some TTL for the messages? Not sure...
