Bugfixes in 5.8.0 AMQ-4507

Hello,
Is there a separate codeline for bugfixes in 5.8.0 which is separated from
the trunk?

Fro example - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-4507  - is it
available in future 5.9.0 only?
