According to http://activemq.apache.org/security.html, "full access rights
should always be given to the ActiveMQ.Advisory destinations".
In a broker with many users and groups this is not easy to accomplish with tens
of groups.
As such, we should provide some feature to allow wildcards, e.g:
read="*" that will match any group.
