Fix For: 4.0.0
Add support for discovery of Brokers via HTTP such as that supported in
upcoming Fabric releases. Could also add in the plumbing needed for basic
multicast discovery at this time also.
Requires some work to provide an HTTP client or use of an external lib to to
HTTP gets etc.
