Environment: Windows 64 bit with a Java client.

When producing 1000 messages per second with a TTL of 1 second and a transacted
consumer, after just a few seconds I see lots of "Could not correlate
acknowledgment with dispatched message" warnings and errors.
This results in messages "stuck" within the queue.
