When deploying ActiveMQ in Karaf (feature:install), the default
etc/activemq.xml use the Karaf JAAS realm. It means that we have to use
username/password on the ConnectionFactory to obtain a Connection.
The ActiveMQ WebConsole should check if the JAASAuthenticatorPlugin is enable
and prompt to username ans password.
Or, it should use ConfigAdmin to get default principal/credential.
